SPIRIT LAKE -- Two Idaho men are in jail accused of making grenades and keeping an illegal arsenal of guns and ammo.

They were arrested in Spirit Lake on Saturday when the FBI says they started making a dozen grenades. The FBI says Kenneth Kimbley and Steven Wingar were taking dummy grenades and turning them into live ones.
